Choose Your Product and Place Order
Choose the product you’d like to customize, then place your order.

Upload your Photos and Song List
After placing your order, please visit our Customization Page to upload your photos and submit your song details. Alternatively, you can contact us directly on Instagram and send us your photos and song list.

Review and submit
Carefully review the design to make sure all photos and song details are correct. If everything looks good, click “Submit” to confirm your design and proceed with production.

Confirm before production
We’ll confirm the final design with you via WhatsApp or Instagram before production. Please note: We will not begin production until we receive your confirmation.

We Craft and Ship Your Frame
Once you’ve approved the final design, your personalized music frame will be carefully crafted and shipped to you.

The production process takes approximately 6–8 business days after your order is confirmed. Since each frame is handmade, orders are processed in the queue. This time does not include shipping.

We also ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping costs vary depending on your destination. Our current shipping rates are:
- South Korea: Free shipping
- Vietnam: USD 3
- Singapore: USD 5
- Malaysia: USD 6
- The Philippines: USD 8.50
- United States: USD 15
- Canada: USD 15
Each handmade piece is carefully packed and shipped directly to you. The applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Because each music frame is made to order, customized items are generally non-refundable if you change your mind or don't like the design.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
